What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Please email RJ at rj(at)riotnrrdcomics(dot)com to discuss an exchange. Exchanges will only cost the price of shipping. Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns at this time, though that may change in the future.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, but you will be charged for additional shipping fees.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

Can I track my order?

Tracking information is available for t-shirt orders. If you would like the tracking number for your order, email rj(at)riotnrrdcomics(dot)com.

Currently, orders of zines or buttons are not tracked, but I am happy to replace your order if it does not arrive.

How often do you update this FAQ?

Not as often as I should. Riot Nrrd Goods is a one-person operation, so a lot of things get left on the back burner. My focus is creating stuff and getting that stuff to you in an inexpensive and timely way!
